Hello and Welcome to my website. Thank you for taking the time to take a look.  Are you struggling with trying to make sense of what you are going through right now? It can be a daunting thought, wanting to unscramble your feelings. I provide acceptance, a warm, welcoming and confidential environment. The therapy I use is Person Centred. This allows me to listen to you, so that you are heard. There is no judgment with whatever you bring to the counselling session. It would be a privilege to be by your side, on your journey, to then watch you fly, knowing that you have gone to places that you felt you were not brave enough to go.

I have a keen interest in Grief and Loss, which covers everything from  bereavement, helping people with medical conditions such as auto immune diseases, fertility struggles and relationship breakdown, or when a life event happens and it affects your well being. I also have an interest in spirituality. I work as a healing practitioner and meditation practitioner teacher. I have received my Reiki practitioner training. My aim for those who are interested is to perform a healing at the start of the session, we would then explore what emotions came up for you during the healing. I have worked as a volunteer counsellor with the local Hospice and I provided a well being support service to support family and friends for the North Somerset LGBT+ forum at their groups. Additionally it is a privilege to help families who are struggling to accept that their loved one is questioning or transitioning.

How I can Help You

I believe Counselling isn't just about sitting in a room with a therapist. Therefore, I provide a variety of different therapy types. For example, this could typically be face to face in a private setting such as a counselling room or in your home. I also provide walk and talk therapy where we have the counselling session outside. For situations where face to face counselling may not be appropriate, we can speak on the phone or online via zoom. In the first instance please contact me either by phone or via email to arrange a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss if can work together.

I can help people with the following:

  • Grief and Bereavement

  • Coming to Terms with Medical Difficulties

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Low Confidence and Self-Esteem

I can work with you for either short or longer term therapy. Alternatively if you feel a one off counselling session would be of benefit to you, I am happy to do this.

Working Days and Locations

I currently have space for new clients. I practice on Weekdays and Sundays from 9am - 8pm. I practice from my room in  Weston super Mare.

Fees

If you do decide to contact me, we will have an initial free 30 minute consultation, where we will both discuss whether we can work together. Thereafter, if we continue to work together, I will charge £30 - £40 per 50 minute counselling session. I offer concessions for students, OAP's, Key Workers and people with low income.
